If the annulment has happened from 60 to 30 days before the arrival ,
the versed deposit (the 30% of the weekly lease )Will be held back. If
the annulment has happened from 30 to 7 days before, the client it will
pay the 40% of the weekly lease

The schedules are not peremptory, if we
have possibility you can stop for a longer time also, or-if
arrived from far-we can also wait you in other schedule

Every apartment is supplied
with washing machine , you have to purchase your own cleaning soap
Villa Rossi Mattei , possibly prefers a least 2 nights stay
, but Its possible to sojourn just one day if we have the
availability . The high season period, we rent for a minimum
